Several miles further in, the Britannian Knightmares halted as they set up defensive positions. "Alright," Adrian muttered as a sound feed opened up to an operator on the H.M.S. Polaris. "We're ready to transmit," the officer said, and Adrian nodded. "Put us on air." Adrian closed his eyes and adjusted his half-chinese, half-Britannian uniform as the video feed turned on. "Citizens of Arcadia and Citizens of Rozzaria--We of our homeworld, Earth, have come a long way to this planet in hopes of a new world...and today, we are one step closer as we now announce the creation of the City-state of Victoria! We hope that both sides will allow us the peace we desire and allow us to live in this land--and we pray also to our god that he will grant us peace, prosperity and strength. If either side grudges us, we would like you to announce your wishes now, and I will gladly be willing to accept any challenge. Thank you." Turning off the video feed, Adrian turned to the other construction crews and Knightmares nearby. "Be ready for a fight," he announced as he leaned back on his Akatsuki.
